4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

  • Subscriptions are prepaid and time-based

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal
  • You authorize recurring charges via your selected payment method
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location

5. Free Trials & Promotions

If offered, free trials or promotions are subject to the terms shown at sign-up and may be limited to one per user or household.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or explicitly stated

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, resell, rebroadcast, or redistribute the Services
  • Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Bypass security or access restrictions
  • Use VPNs or tools in a way that abuses the service
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

8. IPTV Content Disclaimer

  • EdgeTV IPTV does not own or control the broadcast content
  • Channel availability, quality, or uptime is not guaranteed
  • Channels, VOD, or features may change, be removed, or interrupted at any time
  • Temporary outages, buffering, or maintenance do not constitute grounds for refunds

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, design, and systems are owned by EdgeTV IPTV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or tools. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • EdgeTV IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You fail to pay
  • Required by law

You may stop using the Services at any time.
